GLITCH - The GLobal Information and Technology Controls Hub
The GLITCH Research Interest Group brings together academics, organisations and other stakeholders researching internet shutdowns, censorship or information controls. Our goal is to provide a platform for interdisciplinary discussions and to increase international collaboration between sectors. Given the many overlapping aspects of intentional and unintentional internet outages, disruptions or interferences, we welcome a wide range of researchers and organisations focussing on internet access topics. As the group is intended to be highly interdisciplinary, we engage with qualitative, quantitative and computational research.
